We give our private patients the option to spread the cost of treatments by offering a range of professional installment options, including 0% interest free plans.

Our practice payment plans allow you to pay after each time you visit our practice for your treatment. The payments will be spread over a number of months, depending on the treatment you are receiving.

We accept cash and debit card for any payments under £100. For payments of £100 or over we accept cash, debit card and credit card.

We do not accept business cards or American Express.

For credit card payments we only accept one credit card type per patient per treatment, you cannot pay via multiple cards. The only exceptions to this are if the usual credit card has expired or has been lost/damaged and a new card issued.

FINANCE OpTIONS 
AT REFINE SPECIALIST DENTAL CARE

For treatment costing over £300 we offer finance plans via Medenta Finance. These plans come in terms of 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months and 60 months with APR ranging between 0% and 7.90% dependant on your chosen term. (Percentages may change over time)

If you would like to set up a finance plan this will need to be discussed at your treatment consent appointment.

Once your chosen finance plan has been created, you will receive an email from Medenta Finance with your application for approval and details on when your first payment will be. This will need completing as soon as possible.

Once you have completed your application it will be reviewed for approval by Medenta Finance and the outcome will then be shared with Refine. If your application is approved you will then have a 14-day cooling off period where you will be able to cancel your finance application if required.

After the cooling off period has cleared, we will request payment from Medenta Finance and treatment will be able to begin once these funds have been received by Refine.

Once we have decided on your treatment plan we can have a look at the finance options available to you. You can select the plan that best suits you and your treatment.

Applying for finance is relatively straight forward.

Applying for finance is relatively straight forward. We can help you fill in parts of the form in the practice or you can choose to do this at home. Forward your completed form to Medenta. A decision on finance is usually confirmed immediately but can take up to 48 hours.

The first payment is taken roughly 6 weeks after the application is applied for but if the date is not suitable this can be changed through Wesleyan Bank
