I was referred to you practice by my own dentist for a procedure that he could not do as I potentially needed specialist treatment. To say I was apprehensive was an understatement. I have never had an extraction before and I often pass out in situations that include needles and blood so not a good start. However, after my procedure on Wednesday with Gurdeep went well, I would like to pass on to you that despite the fact I was shaking so much I struggled to sign the concert and extremely nervous, he was absolutely lovely. Both Gurdeep and Paula the nurse, were kind and empathetic towards my fear and Phobia. I could not have been looked after any better. They were both amazing and an absolute credit to your practice.

From beginning to the end it’s been smooth and. Consistent! Always made my daughter feel at ease throughout her whole braces process.

My grandfather came into your practice on Monday 22nd of April for his appointment at 10:00am and he insisted that I made contact with you to say many thanks for looking after him. He said he felt nothing when the dentist extracted his tooth/teeth and said the dentist ‘did a great job’ He mainly wanted to thank the receptionist that helped him fill out his forms and rang him a taxi, not only rang him a taxi but kept going outside in the pouring rain to see if it was close. His exact words were ‘she restored my faith in humanity’ My grandad recently lost my grandmother who he had been married to for 65 years so has been very down, this visit to the dentist (strangely) cheered him up. Thank you so much.
Reception booked the appointment for the week after I was contacted to say my referral was accepted. The dentist and nurse were brilliant, tooth was out quickly and I got seen earlier than my appointment time.
